The webinar will cover the following: 

          Members of the ACNA Policy & Government Advocacy Committee will discuss current legislation regarding de-scheduling and decriminalization of cannabis including the Marijuana Opportunity, Reinvestment and Expungement (MORE) Act and the anticipated Senator Chuck Schumer's Cannabis Administration and Opportunity Act (CAOA). This discussion will include how passage of one of these bills may have on cannabis nurses and their patients.

Learning Objective: At the conclusion of this activity, the learner will be able to define and select the appropriate terminology to discuss cannabis in a professional capacity.
