Legislative Toolkit & Advocacy

Advocacy vs Lobbying

ACNA encourages their members to advocate at their State level. ACNA advocates at the Federal level.

Please take the time to learn the difference between Advocacy and Lobbying.

ACNA does not take a position on bills and does not lobby. ACNA does not support members lobbying as a representative of ACNA.

Your decision to lobby for a particular bill is a personal one and should represent your personal position.
