2022 Committee Goals:
- To oversee ACNA's finances and ensure that adequate resources are available for the association to achieve its goals and serve our members.
- Adopts annual budget and monitors adherence to the budget.
- Keeps the Board regularly informed of key financial events, trends, and concerns about financial health.
- Develops fiscal policies to ensure the financial integrity and sustainability of the association.
- In collaboration with the Board, set long-range financial goals, along with funding strategies to achieve them.
- Work with current management structure to assure that ACNA's contractual obligations are tracked and met in a timely manner.
- Collaborates with all ACNA Committees.
Service Qualifications:
- Previous financial and/or budget experience a plus.
- Experience with spreadsheets and MS or google required.
- Meets on a quarterly basis and reports to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
