Finance Committee

2021 Committee Goals: 

  • To oversee ACNA's finances and ensure that adequate resources are available for the association to achieve its goals and serve our members.  
  • Adopts annual budget and monitors adherence to the budget.
  • Keeps the Board regularly informed of key financial events, trends, and concerns about financial health.
  • Develops fiscal policies to ensure the financial integrity and sustainability of the association. 
  • In collaboration with the Board, set long-range financial goals, along with funding strategies to achieve them.  
  • Work with current management structure to assure that ACNA's contractual obligations are tracked and met in a timely manner.
  • Collaborates with all ACNA Committees.

Service Qualifications:

  • Previous financial and/or budget experience a plus.
  • Experience with spreadsheets and MS or google required. 
  • Meets on a quarterly basis and reports to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
